Individual counselling
A confidential, one-to-one space to work through what's difficult right now — at your pace, without judgement.
You may be finding things overwhelming, affected by past experiences, or unsure where to begin. Counselling offers time and space to think things through properly, whether that's face-to-face in the London area or online from wherever suits you.

Some of the areas I support
A few examples of what clients bring to sessions — see the full list of areas on the Counselling page.
Trauma & PTSD
Support for processing difficult or distressing past experiences, at a pace that feels manageable.
Anxiety & Panic
Support in understanding and managing anxiety, worry and the ways it can affect daily life.
Behavioural Problems
Support by providing a confidential space to work through difficult behaviours such as anger and aggression and their underlying causes.
What counselling is like
It starts with a free, no-obligation introductory call, so you can ask questions and see if it feels right before committing to anything.
Then, an initial assessment session of 90 minutes — to gather baseline information and help me develop the most appropriate treatment plan for you.
All subsequent sessions are 60 minutes weekly, face-to-face in the London area or online.

View feesHow to start
1. Free introductory call
A short, no-obligation 20-minute call to ask questions and share a little about what's brought you to counselling.
2. Discuss what fits
Together we'll talk through whether counselling — and working with me specifically — feels like the right fit for you.
3. Begin counselling
If it feels right, we'll arrange your first session — face-to-face in the London area or online, whichever suits you.
Common questions
What happens during the first conversation?
You'll briefly outline what brings you to counselling and what you hope to achieve, and I'll explain my approach and how we might work together. There's no obligation to continue afterwards.
Are sessions online or face-to-face?
Both — face-to-face in the London area, or online wherever you are in the UK or the rest of Europe.
What happens if counselling isn't right for me?
If it becomes clear that a different kind of support would suit you better — during the introductory call or at any point after — I'll discuss this with you openly and, where possible, signpost you to other services or practitioners who may be a better fit. There's no obligation to continue if it doesn't feel right.
I also work with organisations on workplace wellbeing, and with fellow counsellors and therapists on professional development.
